Role Overview

We are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive partnerships and sponsorship revenue across our bespoke events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, media properties .
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships within the technology vendor, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software, telecom, consulting, and digital transformation ecosystem and be comfortable engaging with marketing, field marketing, demand generation, alliance, and business leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sponsorship & Partnership Sales

  • Drive sponsorship revenue for roundtables, conferences, webinars, awards, leadership forums, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Identify and engage technology vendors, service providers, consulting firms, and enterprise solution companies.
  • Build and manage a healthy sponsorship pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Field Marketing Managers, Demand Generation Leaders, Alliance Teams, and Business Heads.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend relevant engagement opportunities.

Consultative Selling

  • Position integrated solutions combining CXO TV, LeadXchange.ai, executive events, content marketing, and demand generation.
  • Develop customized proposals aligned with client goals.

Account Growth

  • Expand existing client relationships.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with event production, delegate acquisition, editorial, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery of sponsor commitments.

Success Metrics

The role is designed around business growth and relationship development rather than aggressive transactional sales.

Performance will typically be measured on:

  • Sponsorship Revenue Contribution
  • New Client Acquisition
  • Client Retention & Repeat Business
  • Proposal-to-Closure Ratio
  • Strategic Partnerships Developed
  • Overall Pipeline Health

Indicative Annual Revenue Responsibility

Candidates should be comfortable managing and contributing towards annual business opportunities in the range of ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crores+, depending on experience, market maturity, and portfolio ownership.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3+ years of experience in Sponsorship Sales, B2B Sales, Media Sales, Event Sales, Marketing Solutions, or Enterprise Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling to technology companies, agencies, consulting firms, or enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to engage with senior marketing and business stakeholders.
